Accredited Hours:
- 14 Hours zoom meetings and pre-recorded online lessons
- 21 Hours in person practical training
- 25 Hours of Workbook Home Study (workbook provided)
- 100 Hours of Case Studies (50 sessions at 2 hours each) *Minimum of 6 people 6 sessions each, the rest can be fewer.
- 5 Hours of mandatory review
- 5 Hours of exams- Written Theory Exam and Practical Exam

Course Outline
Core and Foot Reflexology Certification Course
Requirements:
- Have stable access to the internet.
- Be able to watch & listen to video tutorials.
- Have a computer/tablet/phone that has a camera.
- Be able to connect to zoom for weekly meetings.
- Be able to download & view PDF files.
- Have access to a printer (there are alot of forms that need to be printed)
- be 18+.
7 Week Schedule
Week one: Read
- Chapter 1 - History & Theory
- Chapter 2 - Zones of the Body
- Chapter 3 -Case History
Complete all lesson activities.
In the zoom meeting we will go over:
- thumb walking, finger walking, hooking & compression techniques.
- learn relaxation techniques -watch video.
- Questions.
Week Two: Read
- Chapter 4 - Structure and Function
- Chapter 5 - Foot Check Up and Assessment
- Chapter 6 - Intro to Anatomy and Physiology
Complete all lesson activities
In the zoom meeting we will go over:
- Relaxation techniques
- Learn the reflex points - toes to neck/shoulder ridge - watch video of the technique.
- Quiz reflex points.
- Questions.
Week 3: Read
- Chapter 7 - Nervous System
- Chapter 8 - Endocrine System
- Chapter 9 - Respiratory System
Complete all lesson activities
In the zoom meeting we will go over:
- Reflex points toes to neck shoulder ridge.
- Learn neck/shoulder ridge to diaphragm line- watch video of the technique.
- Quiz reflex points.
- Questions.
Week 4: Read
- Chapter 10 - Cardiovascular System
- Chapter 11 - Digestive System
- Chapter 12 - Urinary System
Complete all lesson activities
In the zoom meeting we will go over:
- Learn the reflex points from diaphragm line to heel- watch video of the technique.
- Go over Toes to diaphragm line.
- Quiz reflex points.
- Questions.
Week 5: Read
- Chapter 13 - Immune and Lymphatic System
- Chapter 14 - Reproductive System
- Chapter 15 - The Musculoskeletal System
Complete all lesson activities
In the zoom meeting we will go over:
- Learn all the reflex points on the medial, lateral and dorsal surfaces of the feet - watch video of the technique.
- Quiz reflex points.

Week 6: Read
- Chapter 16 - Areas of Emphasis for Specific Conditions
- Chapter 17 - RAC Method
- Chapter 18 - Business & Financial

- Entire Reflexology sequence- watch video of the technique.
- Quiz reflex points.

Week 7
- Chapter 19 - Exam Prep.
- Chapter 20 - Miscellaneous Info.
- Finish up your workbook.

- RAC Scope of Practice & Code of Ethics
- Anything that may have been missed.
- Answer any questions that may have come up.
- Exam prep.
- Quiz reflex points.
